In 2007 the Camborne Show enjoyed excellent Live music from The Camborne Youth Band and the Great Western Jazz Company. |
The Camborne Youth Band has a very busy schedule of engagements at a variety of venues throughout Cornwall and beyond. They are delighted to be able to provide music and entertainment to an ever-growing number of appreciative listeners wherever they perform. They have achieved a great deal of success on the contest stage. They became Cornish Junior Champions and South West Junior Champions in 2003 and Cornish Junior Champions again in 2004. The highlights of their achievements so far under Alan's direction are, without doubt, their becoming National Junior Brass Band Champions in 2004, 2005 and 2006, National Community Youth Champions in 2007 and playing at an open air concert at Canary Wharf in July 2005.

The Domestic section covers not only handicraft but cookery and preserves, art, photography, and a childrens section. The judges will have a very tall order to decide the best of the day in such wide ranging sections if last years entries are anything to go by. |
Some examples from some of the categories can be seen below.
