Entries close on Thursday 17th July2008 at 9.30pm.
Stamped addressed envelopes with your entries please.
Telephone entries accepted.
Entry fees - 40p per cage. Membership - 50p. Junior Membership free.
Cups, trophies, rosettes.
Prze cards for 1st, 2nd and 3rd.
12 entries or more - free pass to the show.
All birds to be in the show tent by 8.30 am on the morning of the show.
Only authorised persons will be allowed in the tent during judging.
If entry made by telephone,all entry forms must be handed to the Secretaries, completed and signed when benching birds.
The judge's decision will be final.
All specials will be confined to members.
All cups and trophies are perpetual.
Exhibitors please use exhibitors' car park after unloading if staying at the show.
Budgerigar exhibitors please note:
No birds may be shown where the breeder of the said bird or the person from whom it was purchased is stated to be judging at the time the entry form is submitted for the  show.
