8oz. Self Raising Flour
4oz. Margarine
4oz. Castor Sugar
2 Beaten Eggs
8oz. Dried Mixed Fruit
3-4 tablespoon Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla Essence
Creaming methodOven 350°F, 170°C or Gas Mark 5 for 1 hour 15 mins.- 1 hour 30 mins
